Shift Supervisor, Café Roi (Full Time/ Unaccompanied)

Responsibilities:

Oversees the production of stock and/or supply at the retail or base food operations. Ensures quality and service standards are met. Supervises and trains staff in food operations in initiating the preparation of menu items in accordance to recipe and production procedures. Maintain food safety (HACCP Guidelines) records while adhering to safety and sanitation policies. Implements procedures received from training, accountability and proper utilization of stock inventory, and equipment maintenance while adhering to U.S. Army and commercial regulatory guidelines.
